phil parker is a stand up comedian based in los angeles.
Originally from middle-of-nowhere Illinois, Phil began his career in Austin, TX, before moving to NYC where he performed at clubs including The Creek and the Cave, Stand Up NY, and New York Comedy Club.
Phil has been featured in the NYC Comedy Mob Festival and Connecticut Comedy Contest, and regularly appears in the nationally touring World Series of Comedy festival.
